The data controller’s legal identity is not yet published. See the Imprint page. Until an operator contact is published, there is no public address for data-subject requests.

What is processed today

Visiting the site is delivered by Vercel. Typical hosting logs for that delivery can include IP address, user-agent, referrer and the requested path. This application does not add analytics, advertising or first-party event tracking. Plausible and Sentry are documented as later work and are not running.

The locale is in the URL (/en/, /de/). This application does not set a locale cookie. Theme preference and comparison selections stay in the browser (localStorage) and are not sent to a ClearSource server as a visitor profile.

If you use directory, product, compare or search filters — including free-text search — those values appear in the URL query string and are therefore visible to the server that renders the page. They are used to show the requested view, not to build a marketing profile.

Purpose

To deliver the public site. Locale is remembered via the URL. There is no ranking or marketing profile of visitors.

Hosting and third countries

The public site is hosted on Vercel. Processing of request logs may occur outside Switzerland, including the European Union and other countries where Vercel operates.

Sale of data

Personal data is not sold.

Accounts and forms

Phase 1 has no public accounts, newsletters or RFQ/tender forms. The profile control labelled “Request introduction” does not send a message and does not collect an email address. There is therefore no account-deletion or newsletter-unsubscribe process to describe.

Directory listings

Provider listings are reported public provider data for the directory. They are not a visitor CRM and are not records about you as a site visitor.

Questions

Operator contact is not yet published. Until it is, this page is the public statement of what the running site processes.

Retention

This product does not operate a visitor CRM. Hosting logs follow Vercel’s own retention for request logs — short-lived operational logs. No multi-year contact-database retention is claimed, because that database is not in use on this site.

Cookies

This site does not show a cookie banner. Phase 1 does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Any cookies set by the hosting platform for technical delivery are outside this product’s control and are not used here for marketing.
