What changed recently
Where Microsoft’s own pages disagree
- What Microsoft Intune Plan 2 contains: Microsoft Learn says Plan 2 adds to Plan 1 “including Remote Help and Advanced Analytics”; the Swiss Intune pricing FAQ describes Plan 2 as Tunnel for MAM, specialty and shared devices and firmware updates, with Remote Help and Advanced Analytics as separate add-ons. [2] [4]
- Microsoft 365 E7: the Swiss comparison table doesn’t show clearly which Microsoft Intune Suite items (Remote Help, Enterprise App Management, Endpoint Privilege Management, Advanced Analytics, Cloud PKI, Plan 2) are included; Microsoft’s pricing update says the E5 packaging changes apply to E7 too. [3] [5]
- Microsoft Intune Suite and Intune Plan 1 standalone have no CHF price on Microsoft’s Swiss Intune page — only USD prices in its FAQ (USD 10 and USD 8). [4]
